Repeat Prescriptions

Patients on long term medication can obtain repeat prescriptions by written request or by indicating the items they require on the tear-off portion of their previous prescription.  This can be done by post, in person or by fax.  Please note when faxing your request, please send a written request and not the tear-off portion of the previous prescription.

Prescription requests will NOT be taken over the telephone to avoid errors.

Prescription Collection

Prescriptions will be ready for collection after 1.00pm on the second working day, thus those requests received on Friday will be ready after 1.00pm on Tuesday.

Prescriptions can be posted to you if a SAE is enclosed with your request.
